         Add last-modified header for great justice (rbuels)
         Rename 'path' config var to 'css_dir' (with an alias for
         backcompat).  Path is too easy to
         confuse with other kinds of paths.
         Stop using RJBS-versions
         Fix module such that the debug output only shows if the
           server is in debug mode

                Significant changes migrated from sister module
                C::V::JavaScript::Minifier::XS.  Mostly to the end
                user this means that:
                Configuration will work from all correct places
                and referrers are necesary as often
