H1: Headers and Footers
Note: The documentation below explains how this feature is
implemented in SDF 2.000. A better solution might be implemented
in SDF 2.001. Therefore, avoid using the stuff below if you can.
The document templates supplied with [[SDF]] have headers and
footers containing [[FrameMaker]] variables. As such, you can control most
of the information displayed in the headers and footers by setting
{{host variables}}. See the configuration files for examples.
The variables used in the {{plain}} templates are summarised below.
