How to write and install Perl 6 modules.

I will use a module I wrote ([Algorithm::Soundex  https://github.com/leto/perl6-Algorithm-Soundex]) as an example and cover how to install modules with [panda https://github.com/tadzik/panda] (the equivalent of cpanminus for Perl 6)
