      This function modifies an existing VUI. You must first
      populate the <CODE>vuiHash</CODE> before calling this routine.
      <P><CODE>schema</CODE> is the name of the schema containing the VUI.
      <P><CODE>vuiId</CODE> is the numeric VUI id.
      <P><CODE>vuiHash</CODE> is a partially assigned
      <A HREF="ds_getvui_hash.html">VUI Attributes</a> hash.
