Temperature::Windchill

Module Temperature::Windchill provides functions to calculate windchill in
both US (Fahrenheit, MPH) and SI (Centigrade, KPH) units.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

   perl Build.PL
   ./Build
   ./Build test
   ./Build install

perldoc command.
