Number-Convert version 1.0

This module provides for easy conversion of numbers
between different base systems. It should be compiled
and installed just like any other perl module. If you
are still unsure, read on for further instructions.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install
