Quote-Reference

New quotelike operators qwr(...) and qhr(...) which behave like
qw(...) but return an array reference and a hash reference
respectively.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

    perl Build.PL
    ./Build
    ./Build test
    ./Build install
