Creates a new MenuItem object;
can also be called as PARENT->AddMenuItem(%OPTIONS).

Class specific B<%OPTIONS> are:

    -default => 0/1 (default 0)
      Set/Unset default push menu item style. A default menu item is
      drawn in a bold font.

B<FLAG> is a boolean.  If supplied sets the state of the menu item
