        <p><font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">We believe we can 
          help counteract the pervasive influence of violence that underlies many 
          of our children’s current pastimes. To do this Victory Youth Centers 
          Inc has set out to build a strategically located facility aimed at revitalizing 
          the Anacostia neighborhood of Washington DC. This much needed venue 
          will enhance the recreational and positive social experiences 
          of the area’s “at-risk youth” through sports, arts, music and other 
          organized programs.</font></p>i
