- bundle test modules with distribution M::I::Bundle

- add tests for get_boolean_array()

- WWW::Selenium
  - check that browser_url is sane

- have Test::WWW::Selenium->new launch selenium-rc.jar if available

- fix google example to work in non-us countries

- Change documentation 
  - to not use phrases like "We support"
  - to not say "never throws an exception"
