Options:
 --quiet        Won't print informative output
 --base=<base>  Sets the base href for generated html files
 -d or --perdir Creates a seperate TestSuite.html for each 
                sub-directory.
 --index=<file> Create a html index of all the TestSuite.html files

This script will convert any .wiki files in the tests/ directory
to regular .html format selenium test files.  It will then put 
all tests/*.html files into tests/TestSuite.html

The TestSuite.html file contains links to all of the test files.  
The files are sorted by filename in the TestSuite.  However, the
TestSuite will show the title of the test file instead of the
filename.  This allows you to manipulate the ordering of your 
testcases without changing the user-visible names.

The path to the selenium tests can be read from a config file.  
The default config file location is PREFIX/etc/selutils.conf,
where PREFIX is perl's install prefix.  The prefix can also be 
specified in the \$SELUTILS_ROOT environment variable.
