	edited CTest.xs, main.c, netio.c, misc_func.h, godaemon.c,
	 and util_pid.c to kill warnings from newer gcc versions

	in dsocket.t & rsocket.t change "kill 15" to "kill 9" in tests 
	that won't die under newer version of perl and make utilities

	fixed typo in test 5 of t/util_pid.t that failed with potential
	false positive.
