To use these tests you need 

  1a) The  ruby  interpreter in your path
  1b) so set the  RUBY_EXE  environment variable to the ruby interpreter

  2) To set the  GOLFSCRIPT_RB  environment variable
     to the ruby GolfScript interpreter script
     (available from  http://www.golfscript.com/golfscript/golfscript.rb)
