Install for RPM-based systems

  $ rpmbuild -ta XXX.tar.gz
  # rpm -Uhv XXX.rpm

Or old school

  $ perl Makefile.PL
  $ make
  $ make test
  # make install

If you are on a windows box you should use 'nmake' rather than 'make'.
