              Select &quot;Accounts&quot; from the "Tools&quot; menu</p>

            <p>Click the &quot;New" button and select "Mail".</p>

            <p>The Account Setup Assistant will ask for your &quot;Display 
                Name.&quot; Enter your name (ex. John Smith) and click the right 
                arrow.</p>

              <p>Enter your email address in the box and click the right arrow.</p>

              <p>Change the mail server pop-up to &quot;IMAP&quot;. </p>

              <p>In the Incoming Mail Server enter: mail.cadillac.net</p>

              <p>Set the SMTP server to the SMTP server of your Internet Provider and click the right arrow.</p>

              <p>Your account ID is your email address, enter it in the box labeled account ID.</p>

              <p>Your password is the one assigned to you by your system administrator. Enter it and click the right arrow.</p>
              <p>Give it a unique name so you'll remember which account it is and click Finish.</p>
              
            <p>You can finish now unless you want some additional security (recommended).</p>

            <p>Select your account and choose &quot;Edit&quot;.</p>

            <p>In the &quot;Receiving Mail&quot; section there's a button entitled 
              &quot;Click here for advanced receiving options&quot;. Click it. 
              It'll pop up a little box that says &quot;This IMAP service requires 
              a secure connection (SSL)&quot;. Click that and choose OK. Now your 
              connections between your computer and our mail server are secured 
              using a 128bit </p>

            <p>Go ahead and close the &quot;Accounts&quot; window and you should 
              have your main &quot;Outlook Express&quot; window open. Your new 
              IMAP account will be listed on the left under Folders. Click the 
              little arrow next to the account and then click on the &quot;INBOX&quot;. 
              It will log into the IMAP server and display the contents of your 
              mailbox. </p>
