HEX &#xBB;, should be &amp;#xBB;
OCTAL &#x3d;, should be &amp;#x3D;
DECIMAL &#xb5;, should be &amp;#xB5;

But remember! &lt; (or &lt;) and &gt; (or &gt;) must be escaped! As &amp;lt; and
&amp;gt; respectively
