Support hostnames with dots at the end, e.g. when the URL used to
access a site is http://www.example.com., domain_name() will
return example.com, not example.com..
params() - return nothing when the call is OPTIONS

_multipart_data(): Handle missing filename when uploading

Fix tmpdir() in Cygwin, where giving a default value of '/non-existant' would
return '/non-existant/../tmp' rather than '/non-existant'. I
guess it would also have broken under the Newcastle Connection.
