=head1 DESCRIPTION
B<Tk_GetAnchor> places in I<*anchorPtr> an anchor position
(enumerated type B<Tk_Anchor>)
corresponding to I<string>, which will be one of
B<TK_ANCHOR_N>, B<TK_ANCHOR_NE>, B<TK_ANCHOR_E>, B<TK_ANCHOR_SE>,
B<TK_ANCHOR_S>, B<TK_ANCHOR_SW>, B<TK_ANCHOR_W>, B<TK_ANCHOR_NW>,
or B<TK_ANCHOR_CENTER>.
Anchor positions are typically used for indicating a point on an object
that will be used to position that object, e.g. B<TK_ANCHOR_N> means
position the top center point of the object at a particular place.
Under normal circumstances the return value is B<TCL_OK> and
I<interp> is unused.
If I<string> doesn't contain a valid anchor position
or an abbreviation of one of these names, then an error message is
stored in I<interp-E<gt>result>, B<TCL_ERROR> is returned, and
I<*anchorPtr> is unmodified.
B<Tk_NameOfAnchor> is the logical inverse of B<Tk_GetAnchor>.
Given an anchor position such as B<TK_ANCHOR_N> it returns a
statically-allocated string corresponding to I<anchor>.
If I<anchor> isn't a legal anchor value, then
``unknown anchor position'' is returned.
