Array-Splice

This module does splicing of arrays for real.  That is it exports
funtions the do exactly the same as the builtin splice() function and
the push()/unsift() functions except that the inserted elements are
existing scalar values not copies of them.

This same functionality is provided by Data::Alias.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

    perl Build.PL
    ./Build
    ./Build test
    ./Build install
