narada-bg-killall

Should be executed in project deploy directory.
Kill all project's background commands started using C<narada-bg>
(processes with shared lock on C<.lock.bg>).
Use C<narada-bg-killall> while project upgrade or downgrade or restoring
from backup (after updating all project's files) to make sure there are no
running commands started by previous project's version.
