Removed Postgres specific ';' SQL terminator (dumb dumb dumb).
Added AutoCommit => 1 to connect options so CREATE TABLE could be
run on Sybase ASE 12.5 which complained about CREATE TABLE being
run in a multi command transaction.

* ladbi_config.pl:
Changed the SQL to remove a ';' which was Postgres specific. Tests
have now been tested on Sybase 12.5 .

POE::Component::LaDBI is a POE Component to allow for non-blocking
access to most of the DBI API. Each LaDBI component session started
spawns a sub-process which it communicates with via
POE::Wheel::Run. Multiple DBI database handles can be created in
the sub-process, but withing the sub-process DBI calls will still
block.
