To install this module please proceed in taking the following steps:

Of course thy shall not do the first three steps whilst beeing a
root-user!

perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
su root -c "make install"

If you are on a windows box you should use 'nmake' rather than 'make'.
And you can ignore the 'su root -c' bit :-)
