This class implements the <html> element in an HTML::DOM tree. It 
implements the HTMLHtmlElement DOM interface and inherits from 
L<HTML::DOM::Element> (q.v.).

The only method that this class implements itself and does not inherit is:

Returns (and optionally sets) the C<version> attribute.
