optimize ............. 	run alignment settings and optimize according to a 
			gold standard
run-optimize-settings	run settings logged by the 'optimize' script on 
			another corpus
merge-align-results.pl	merge pairs of evaluation scores for word 
			alignments with identical settings (print some 
			octave commands for correlation)
