1. Added the cluster labeling program (clusterlabeling.pl) to              
Toolkit/clusterlabel/ 					-Anagha

2. Modified discriminate.pl to now also include the cluster

3. Modified the Docs/Flows/flowchart.fig and Docs/Flows/flowchart.pdf
