Todo items for WebService-UMLSKS-Similarity

1) report back all shortest paths between two CUIs/terms, right now only 
one is reported

2) allow user to run with terms or CUIs as input

3) update README to customize it to package

4) filter special CUIs from SNOMEDCT that don't provide useful content 
(and are essentially meta concepts that help to organize SNOMEDCT like 
ambiguous concept or deprecated concept or reason not stated.
