Module::Collect finds sub-modules, or plugins in directories.

The following directory composition

  t/plugins:
  empty.pm  foo  foo.pm  pod.pm  withcomment.pm  withpod.pm

  t/plugins/foo:
  bar.pm  baz.plugin
