Added abcache command line interface
Fixed bug where filename for cached copy would always be 'data'
Internal cache directory format has changed, remove your old ~/.alienbuild/plugin_fetch_cache directory

Alien::Build plugin to cache files downloaded from the internet

To install Alien::Build::Plugin::Fetch::Cache, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::Build::Plugin::Fetch::Cache

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::Build::Plugin::Fetch::Cache
