add some randomness into delay to avoid having multiple contenders for the lock trying to lock it at exactly the same time

Lock files asynchronously

To install AnyEvent::FileLock, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm AnyEvent::FileLock

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install AnyEvent::FileLock
