Changes for version 0.096 - 2017-01-15

Ditch 'use base'. Astro::SpaceTrack is no longer a subclass of Exporter. Instead import() was imported into its name space. In the case of the inc/ files, 'use base' was replaced by a 'use' of the appropriate module, followed by assignment to @ISA.
Have relevant author tests use identity file.
Document the use of environment variable CI_GPG to get gpg2 even though gpg is also installed.

Perl application to fetch satellite orbit data.

Retrieve orbital data from www.space-track.org.

To install Astro::SpaceTrack, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Astro::SpaceTrack

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Astro::SpaceTrack
