Fixed a potential race condition in file handling, localized a couple filehandles.

simple configuration file framework for managing multi-level configurations, with regexp validation.

To install Config::Cascade, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Config::Cascade

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Config::Cascade
