Changes for version 2.06

fix warnings in newer versions of Perl
- thanks to ANDK for the patch
- closes RT/90433
test suite stuff:
- rename nomem1.t to nomem-old.t
- do a skip_all in all cases
  - this avoids GTop failures on certain Perl versions
- rename nomem2.t to nomem.t
- Memory::Usage is now the official way to test we're not adding RAM
