switch to a different environment variable to control functionality in tests, especially travis, to allow installing on travis during other distributions' tests and still allow testing ourselves under travis too (it's complicated)

print your distribution's prerequisites and plugins that are out of date

Abort at build/release time if modules are out of date

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::PromptIfStale, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::PromptIfStale

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::PromptIfStale
