FASTAParse

Changes for version 0.0.3 - 2008-04-04

Small change to regex that distinguishes header id from header descriptors. Also, removed extraneous space from the ^A control character descriptor delimiter.

A light-weight parsing module for handling FASTA formatted sequence within larger perl applications.

To install FASTAParse, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FASTAParse

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FASTAParse
