Changes for version 0.04

Brought up to the latest code esthetics. Stopped doing unneccessary BEGIN block magic. Verifies it runs on 5.14.2, threaded and unthreaded. Added LICENSE parameter to allow MetaCPAN to show license info.

Use core Perl functions for logging

To install Log::Dispatch::Perl, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Log::Dispatch::Perl

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Log::Dispatch::Perl
