Handle changes in LyricWiki.org site (they now HTML-encode only the start of the <lyrics>...</lyrics> tag, e.g. ">lyrics>")

Get song lyrics from www.LyricWiki.org

To install Lyrics::Fetcher::LyricWiki, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Lyrics::Fetcher::LyricWiki

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Lyrics::Fetcher::LyricWiki
