(Packaging) Alter test case to avoid yada-yada operator which doesn't compile in Perl < 5.12.

To install MooseX::Does::Delegated, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MooseX::Does::Delegated

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MooseX::Does::Delegated
