Removed flag parameter $dec from functions which suggests decimal IP address The address is now implicitly checked by isBinaryIpAddr()

Common useful routines like converting decimal address to binary and vice versa, determining address class, determining default mask, subnets and hosts and broadcast addresses for hosts in subnet.

To install Net::IP::Util, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
