Changes for version 0.03

Renamed to the new Padre 0.43 PO naming scheme (azawawi) Added translations:
French (jquelin)
Polish (therek)
Chinese (Traditional) translation (BLUET)
Arabic translation (azawawi)
Spanish (brunov) removed taint mode for tests, leading to build failures (jquelin) compatibility with new Padre for plugin menu (CHORNY) compatibility with latest Padre (CHORNY)

To install Padre::Plugin::CommandLine, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Padre::Plugin::CommandLine

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Padre::Plugin::CommandLine
