Added { ignore_diacritics => 1 } option, which can be passed as the last argument to the distance() and fastdistance() subs. OALDERS++ for the suggestion in RT#97883.

To install Text::Levenshtein, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::Levenshtein
