file() now accepts PAUSEID/Distribution.ext (as well as P/PA/PAUSEID/Distribution.ext)

creates a partial CPAN mirror for tests

To install WorePAN, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WorePAN

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WorePAN
