Changes for version 0.30 - 2013-01-13

Meta and Update now try to extract the GitHub repository name from the URL of the remote pointing to the repository
Set the remote tracking for the current branch to the GitHub remote on create (GH#17) (thanks, @rkitover!)
Create now uses the (optional) 'repo' option from the profile.ini file to decide the name of the GitHub repository to create. This option may also be a template (thanks for the idea, @rkitover!)
