Changes for version 0.12_4

Trying other way arround to change LD_LIBRARY_PATH under t/04, that was failing under FreeBSD.

To install Config::AutoConf, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Config::AutoConf

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Config::AutoConf
