Changes for version 0.16

Remove Pod::Simple tests, Pod::PseudoPod is compatible with old and new versions of Pod::Simple, doesn't need to be dictating the behavior of an external module.

A framework for parsing PseudoPod

check the PseudoPod syntax of a document

format PseudoPod as DocBook

format PseudoPod as HTML

format PseudoPod index entries

format PseudoPod as plaintext

To install Pod::PseudoPod, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::PseudoPod

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::PseudoPod
