Changes for version 0.05

Stopped using Module::Install in favour of ExtUtils::MakeMaker
Use split(//) not unpack('(A)*'). split is faster in 5.10 (yay me!) and the unpack format doesn't work in 5.6p

Validate and process Icelandic PIN numbers (Icelandic: kennitoumllur)

To install Business::IS::PIN, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Business::IS::PIN

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Business::IS::PIN
