- "run" dzil via Perl code instead of calling via `system` because we can't guarantee installers will have it in their path
- fix Pod::Weaver not being able to find distro name
- fix bugtracker URLs

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::BAREFOOT

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::BAREFOOT
