Require that our distribution is running on a particular OS

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::AssertOS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::AssertOS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::AssertOS
