Require Module::Metadata 1.000005 or greater. Earlier versions are missing a method we need. RT #122086.

Set the distribution version from your main module's $VERSION

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::VersionFromMainModule, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::VersionFromMainModule

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::VersionFromMainModule
