warnings are only checked for in tests under AUTHOR_TESTING, so as to not prevent installation when warnings occur in prerequisites.

To install Test::LWP::UserAgent, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::LWP::UserAgent

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::LWP::UserAgent
