fix prereq problem with last release - now no longer testing the example scripts for user installs

Test for warnings and the lack of them

To install Test::Warnings, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Warnings

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Warnings
